He is extremely happy and the Washtenaw County Sheriff Department and the Ann Arbor Police Department were both very professional and worked well with all of us to make this happen. Hats off to them for their compassion and assistance. http://www.namus.gov/ will work with the family and law enforcement to properly obtain and have their DNA submitted to:
